Profile
Many people involved with his office and industrial space projects have remarked that Frank Witt provides services that are unique in many respects, and that serve clients in ways unparalleled in the business. For more than twenty years he has provided clients with corporate real estate services, specializing in tenant representation.
He has handled projects for firms in a variety of industries, including business forms, insurance, health care, steel, software and consulting engineering. He brings broad experience to the challenges of representing tenants, having held marketing and management positions in the computer and industrial distribution industries prior to becoming involved in commercial real estate.
As a result of that experience he developed skills in project management, financial analysis, marketing, negotiation, communications, and systems. He uses all these skills while applying a multifaceted strategy to his tenant representation assignments. He takes an engineer’s approach to gathering data, a consultant’s approach to evaluating alternatives, a marketer's approach to deal bargaining, an educator's approach to presenting information, and a project manager's approach to achieving objectives on schedule. Having worked for firms as large as IBM and as small as a privately owned distributor, he understands the needs of the corporate executive as well as the individual entrepreneur. This background has proven very effective in dealing with clients, landlords, architects, attorneys, developers and real estate brokers.
He emphasizes up-front planning and focuses the skills and experience of people from a variety of disciplines on his clients’ situations. Committed to excellence, he conducts his assignments based upon three premises:
Outstanding results are achieved only through the intelligent and skilled execution of a multistep process.
Effective project management is vital to achieving outstanding results.
An objective and thorough evaluation of all viable alternatives generates the highest real estate value.
His educational background includes a BS in mechanical engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard University.
